KALPA HOTELES I, SLU is participating in the project “RENOVATION AND MODERNIZATION OF THE PRINCESA GUAYADEQUE APARTMENTS,” which is supported by the grant program to finance projects within the Tourism Resilience strategy in the Canary Islands. This program, part of initiatives with private sector entities focused on tourism infrastructure, falls under the Recovery, Transformation and Resilience Plan, financed by the European Union's “NEXT GENERATION EU” initiative.
KALPA HOTELES I, SLU is focused on the project to improve the infrastructure of the Princesa Guayadeque apartments. This project has been made possible thanks to support received through European Funds, with a grant of €62,533.01, within the framework of the Recovery, Transformation and Resilience Plan. Thanks to this grant, significant modernization work has been carried out, including the installation of electronic locks and a video intercom system, the renovation of the main doors while respecting the traditional architecture, the improvement of the gardens with native species, and the updating of the outdoor furniture. In addition, the lighting has been optimized and the fire protection systems improved, increasing the safety, sustainability, and efficiency of the complex and contributing to a better quality of service and customer experience.
